  • Buyer's Premium: 2% Buyers Premium based on the high bid.
  • Closing: On or before Aug. 15, 2025, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies.
  • Deposit Amount: $50,000 via wire transfer, irrevocable ACH transfer via Earnnest, or cashier’s check made payable to Tranzon Driggers Escrow Account. Balance of $500,000 deposit due via wire transfer to the closing agent within 2 business days after court approval.
  • Buyer Agent Compensation: 1% of the high bid will be paid to a properly registered buyer's agent at settlement.
